Pamela Quinlan has more than 15 years of public and private sector experience in energy market regulation and policy. Prior to being named Chief of Staff, Quinlan served as a Technical Advisor to Chairman Glick. She joined then-Commissioner Glick’s office in 2017 from the Commission’s Office of Energy Market Regulation. Before joining Commission staff, she worked in Energy Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Consolidated Edison in New York. Prior to that she worked at Standard & Poor’s and CPower Energy Management. She earned a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree. She and her husband Eric have a son and live in Washington, D.C.
