Chairman Glick has named Judge Andrew Satten as Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge at FERC.

Judge Satten has been a FERC Administrative Law Judge since 2019. He joined FERC in 2012, serving as an attorney advisor and then later as the supervisory attorney-advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges where he managed the office’s staff of attorney-advisors, law clerks, energy industry analysts and legal interns. Since 2014 he has been a member of the part-time faculty at The George Washington University Law School, teaching a course on energy and environmental law scholarship as a Professorial Lecturer in Law.
