The index of customers consists of a list of firm transportation and storage customers under contract as of the first business day of each calendar quarter.
Electronic Filing Instruction Manual contains record formats to help interpret the data.
Data is provided on a pipeline basis, with the pipeline’s identifier embedded in the file name. Pipeline identifiers are available as follows:
- From April 2016 forward, the CID list
- Prior to April 2016, the three digit pipeline code list.
