Environmental Review and Compliance for Natural Gas Facilities Seminar 

This half-day seminar will describe how to successfully navigate the FERC 2.55 and Blanket Certificate processes.  The seminar will walk you through FERC’s regulatory path for 2.55 and Blanket Certificate projects; notification and reporting requirements; the environmental review process; FERC’s authorization; Construction Reporting Criteria; Post-Construction Annual Reports; and Prior Notice Protest and the potential conversion to 7(c) projects.
