What OPP Does
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) is an independent agency that regulates the interstate transmission of natural gas, oil, and electricity. The mission of FERC's Office of Public Participation (OPP) is to empower, promote, and support public voices at FERC.
