Pursuant to the Office of Personnel Management announcement, all Federal Government offices in the District of Columbia metropolitan area will be closed on January 3, 2022, due to inclement weather.

The business of the Commission will continue remotely. Accordingly, the Commission’s electronic filing portals will remain open and electronic submissions to the Commission will continue to be accepted.  However, the Commission will not be accepting filing submissions in hardcopy format when the Commission is closed at the direction of the Office of Personnel Management or Presidential Executive Order closing Federal government offices in Washington, DC.

The public is strongly encouraged to submit filings and submissions electronically, through the Commission’s eFiling application, at https://www.ferc.gov/.  More detailed information relating to electronic filing requirements can be found at: http://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/efiling/filing-req.pdf.  For assistance with filing electronically, contact FERC at [email protected] or call toll-free, (886) 208-3676 or TYY, (202) 502-8659.

In accordance with section 385.2007 of the Commission’s Rules, 18 C.F.R. § 385.2007, hard copy filings and documents due to be filed on Monday, January 3, 2022, will be accepted as timely on the next official business day.
