The U.S. Senate voted today to confirm the following members to serve on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
- Laura V. Swett, of Virginia, for a term expiring June 30, 2030.
- David A. LaCerte, of Louisiana, for a term expiring June 30, 2026.
FERC Chairman David Rosner issued this statement:
“Congratulations to the newest FERC Commissioners on their Senate confirmations. FERC works best with a full complement of five members.
