Seema K. Jain is the Deputy Director of the Office of Enforcement and Regulatory Accounting.
She previously served as a Branch Chief in Enforcement’s Division of Investigations (DOI), where she oversaw investigations and litigation into potential violations of the statutes, rules, and regulations administered by the Commission. Ms. Jain joined FERC in 2014 as an Attorney-Advisor in DOI. Before joining FERC, she practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP.
A native of North Carolina, Ms. Jain is a graduate of Duke University and the University of North Carolina School of Law. She and her family reside in Virginia.
