Take notice that on October 21, 2026, the Commission will hold an informal virtual settlement conference at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Time, in the above-referenced proceeding.
The informal settlement conference is convened pursuant to 18 C.F.R.§ 284.123(g)(5) (2025). At the conference, Bay Gas Storage Company, LLC should be prepared to address all issues raised in the protests submitted by Commission staff and Southern Company Services, Inc. in Docket No. PR26-75-000, and to provide, as necessary, additional support for its filing.
