NGA Hinshaw Pipelines
Under Commission regulations (§ 284.126) Intrastate Pipelines must file the following
Form No. 549D - Quarterly Transportation and Storage Report of Intrastate Natural Gas and Hinshaw Pipelines: Each intrastate pipeline company providing interstate services pursuant to section 311 of the NGPA or Hinshaw pipeline company that provides interstate services pursuant to a blanket certificate issued under § 284.224 of the Commission’s regulations must file a quarterly report with the Commission and the appropriate state regulatory agency. This is form can only be filed electronically via eFilling (see our Forms Section for more information).
NGPA Section 311 Pipelines
Under Commission regulations (§ 284.126) Intrastate Pipelines must file the following
- Form No. 537 - Notice of Bypass: transportation (except storage) to a customer that is located in the service area of a local distribution company (LDC) and will not be delivering the customer's gas to that LDC, must file with the Commission within thirty days after commencing such transportation, a statement that the interstate (sic) pipeline has notified the LDC and the LDC's state regulatory agency of the proposed transportation prior to commencement.
