David Andrejcak is the Deputy Director of the Office of Energy Infrastructure Security (OEIS). OEIS provides leadership, expertise and assistance to identify, communicate and seek comprehensive solutions to potential risks to FERC-jurisdictional facilities from cyber attacks and such physical threats as electromagnetic pulses.

Mr. Andrejcak has had management roles at the Commission in the Office of Energy Markets and Reliability (OEMR) and the Office of Electric Reliability (OER) before joining OEIS. Chairman Kelliher named him to be the Commission representative on the Congressional Task Force for the Smart Grid in 2008. Mr. Andrejcak came to the Commission after more than 24 years of experience in the electric utility industry.

Mr. Andrejcak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
