NOTE: Acceptance of filings may be affected by filing volume and staff review and may take up to two business days to post.

Important eFiling Information:

• File size is limited to 50Mb (smaller files encouraged).



• FERC acceptable file formats.



• eFilings must be submitted in a text searchable format.



• Material subject to a Protective Order and material for which Protected treatment is requested may not be efiled.



• FERC is not able to accept Microsoft Office 2007 file formats: .docx, .docm, .xlsb, .xlsm, .xltx, .xltm, .xlam.



• Privileged and Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) may now be eFiled under the appropriate Security tab on the File Upload Screen.

Confirmation Receipt For both efiling and Quick Comment, you will receive a Confirmation of Receipt email within a few minutes of filing. Staff review is required for certain efilings; this does not affect the submission date/time reflected in the Confirmation of Receipt email. If you do not receive the Acceptance for Filing email within one day, contact efiling@ferc.gov. Submissions via Quick Comment are accepted without an Acceptance for Filing email.
