(c) TransColorado is not obligated to award capacity unless a

bid meets the rates, terms and conditions specified in

TransColorado's notice.


(d) To document the awarding of capacity to the successful

bidding Shipper, TransColorado will place a service

agreement between TransColorado and the bidding Shipper on

the EBB conforming to the terms of the Shipper's bid.


5.10 Requests for Discounts. If Shipper submits a bid at a discounted

rate and TransColorado is not offering the requested service at a

discount, Shipper's bid shall become invalid upon TransColorado's

notification to Shipper and shall thereafter be deemed a nullity

for all purposes. In addition, TransColorado is not required to

accept a bid or provide a service agreement for any service that

is bid at less than the posted minimum acceptable rate for the

posted uncommitted firm capacity.


5.11 Notice of Completed Transaction. Within one business day after

capacity has been awarded, TransColorado shall post the following

information regarding each transaction on its EBB for a period of

30 days:


(a) The name of the Shipper and the transaction number.


(b) Whether or not the Shipper is an affiliate of TransColorado.


(c) Term.


(d) Reservation charge.


(e) Primary receipt and delivery points.


(f) The CD in Dth/day.


5.12 Notice of Prearranged Service.


(a) Nothing in this Section 5 will preclude TransColorado from

arranging with a Shipper for the sale of uncommitted firm

capacity prior to posting the capacity on its EBB. If
