accepted by Transporter pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof;

trade. Such trades may be executed on a prospective basis only

unless otherwise agreed on a non-discriminatory basis.

2.5 Any gas remaining in inventory sixty (60) days after expiration of

the ISS Agreement will be confiscated by Transporter. The

realized value of any gas confiscated by Transporter pursuant to

this Section shall be credited back to Shippers under the

provisions of Section 35 of the General Terms and Conditions of

this Tariff.
