authorities having jurisdiction and are subject to change from time to time
by addition, amendment or substitution as provided by such valid laws,
orders, rules and regulations.
26. CAPACITY RELEASE
26.1 General. This Section 26 sets forth the sole means by which a Shipper
under any firm, open-access Part 284 service agreement ("Releasing
Shipper") may release its capacity rights under a service agreement
("Existing Transportation Service Agreement"). Subject to the
following provisions, firm capacity rights shall be released to

released capacity, provided the Proposed Shipper is an Approved Bidder.
