5.2 Transportation of Associated Liquefiables.

(a) Any party with the right to extract Associated Liquefiables

may elect to extract such Associated Liquefiables and tender

the Residue Gas for Transportation to a Shipper. Such party

shall implement its election by arranging for Transportation

of the Associated Liquefiables pursuant to an Agreement

under Rate Schedules FTS-1 or ITS ("Liquefiables

Agreement"). Provided that a Liquefiables Agreement is in

Transporter, Transporter will utilize the last month's

the Transporter's allocated receipt and the processing plant

operator allocated delivery on the Associated Liquefiables
