B. Persons complying with all applicable procedures for

access as set forth in the E-SCRIPT System

Agreement shall become "E-SCRIPT System Users."

However, to participate in the capacity release

program described in Section 23, above, the

E-SCRIPT System User must also satisfy all

additional requirements of that Section.


C. Pipeline shall also make the information listed in

Section 26.2, below, available for review on its

EBB or retrievable from its Designated Site.


26.2 Contents. Pipeline shall post the following information on

its EBB. EBB User access to such information shall be on a

timely, equal basis.


A. Capacity Information and Release. Pipeline will post

firm or interruptible capacity that becomes

available on its system. Pipeline will provide

on request operationally available capacity

separate from unsubscribed capacity. Pipeline

shall not prefer its own capacity over that of

Releasing Customers. The EBB shall distinguish

among firm capacity of Releasing Customers and

Pipeline's firm and interruptible capacity.

Pipeline will provide on its EBB information

regarding capacity available for services:


1. at Receipt Points, including the Master List

of Receipt Points available for service

under Pipeline's Rate Schedules on an

interruptible or Secondary Point basis,

where applicable;and
