service, or (3) by 6 p.m. CCT to be effective at 9 a.m. CCT the

next morning when such change, if confirmed, will "bump"

interruptible service. Provided further, that a PDA Party which

has elected DDS service may change its nomination effective any

time during the day without meeting the Confirmation requirements

of Section 3.4(i) up to the DDS contract level.

(d) Scheduling Duration: The scheduled service specified in the

Customer Nomination Form information shall be effective commencing

at 9:00 a.m. CCT on the beginning day, and terminating at 9:00

a.m. CCT on the ending day, as specified in the information

provided in the Customer
