this Rate Schedule at the Point(s) of Delivery; provided however,

Transporter shall not be obligated to, but may at its option,

deliver at any Point of Delivery on any day or during any month a

quantity of natural gas in excess of any limitations of the

quantities to be delivered to each Point of Delivery as specified

in the IT Contract.

2.3 Provided Transporter's prior consent is obtained, Shipper may

tender quantities of gas in excess of the Transportation Quantity

specified in the Gas Transportation Agreement on any day or during

any month (hereinafter referred to as "Authorized Overrun

Quantities") for receipt, transport and delivery by Transporter

less an amount for fuel and loss as provided for under Section 6

of this Rate Schedule; provided, however, the tender and

transportation of such gas can be accomplished by Transporter

without detriment to any other Shipper under any of Transporter's

Rate Schedules; and provided further that such transportation is

compatible to Transporter's system operation requirements.

Subject to the foregoing restrictions, Transporter's consent shall

not be unreasonably withheld. The rate charged for such

Authorized Overrun Quantities shall be in accordance with Section

5 of this Rate Schedule.

2.4 Transporter shall not be required to install, operate or maintain

any additional facilities in order to provide transportation

service under this Rate Schedule.

3. QUALIFICATION FOR SERVICE

3.1 All Shippers requesting new interruptible transportation service

must provide the information required by this Section 3 and on

Transporter's Customer Nomination Form which is set forth at

Tariff Sheet No. 345, in order to qualify for interruptible

transportation service. A request for service shall be made no

earlier than ninety (90) days prior to the proposed commencement

date of service; provided, however, if facilities are required,

the request may be made at an earlier date. All completed

Customer Nomination Forms are to be sent to:
