third parties claiming ownership of, an interest in, or a

right to the Gas tendered to Pipeline.

(d) Potential Customer shall provide Pipeline the information

set forth in Section 26 of the General Terms and Conditions

for the purpose of meeting the credit standards set forth in

that section.

(e) Potential Customer requesting no-notice service (NNS), firm

transportation service (FTS) or firm transportation service

on Offshore Facilities (FTS-OSF) shall submit the

application fee for the requested service, as set forth in

the applicable Rate Schedule.
