than 5% but not more than 10% (or more than 3% but not

more than 10% in the case of an extreme condition);

(ii) the greater of $10 or three times the Cash Out price

as defined in Paragraph 14.7(c) for each Dth which

exceeds authorized delivery levels by more than 10%

but not more than 15%;

(iii) the greater of $15 or four times the Cash Out price

as defined in Paragraph 14.7(c) for each Dth which

exceeds authorized delivery levels by more than 15%.
