3. INTERNET WEB SITE con't

3.3 System Description

The Interactive Internet Web Site will display a menu of available

information. Any party can access the Informational Postings section of

the Interactive Internet Web Site and will be able to download

information provided thereon. Pipeline shall maintain and retain daily

back-up records of the information displayed on the Interactive Internet

Web Site for a period of three (3) years for purposes of restoring such

information to on-line availability if there is a computer malfunction

or loss. Completed transactions and posted information will remain on

the Interactive Internet Web Site for at least thirty (30) days and then

will be archived. Archived information will be available from Pipeline

upon fifteen (15) days' prior written notice. Copies of archived

information will be made available at $.10 per page if a paper copy is

requested or $10.00 per diskette.

3.4 Access to Interactive Internet Website

To receive access to Pipeline's Customer Activities Interactive Internet

Website, a party must execute and comply with the terms of the Form of

the Interactive Internet Website Agreement included in this Tariff.

Customer shall be responsible for providing all computer equipment and

specified Internet browser software necessary to interface with the

Interactive Internet Website.
