(b) For those services involving T-32 Receipt/Delivery Points,
Pipeline shall have the right to retain, from the quantities
of Gas delivered to Pipeline, a Fuel Reimbursement
percentage applicable to service on the T-32 lateral ("T-32
Fuel Reimbursement") equal to the actual fuel and
unaccounted for on the T-32 lateral. Until changed in a
filing accepted by the FERC, the T-32 Fuel Reimbursement
percentage will be zero. Any change in such fuel rate shall
be made effective only at the beginning of a Month.
(c) For those services involving Receipt and Delivery Points
located entirely on laterals not contiguous to Pipeline's
mainline system, Pipeline shall not retain any Gas as Fuel
Reimbursement.
4.3 Customer shall pay Pipeline the Annual Charge Adjustment ("ACA")
charge, as set forth on currently effective Tariff Sheet No. 4.
4.4 Any Customer receiving service from Pipeline on May 18, 1992 and
having a MDQ which on that date was less than 2,000 MMBtu per day
and which is receiving transportation service pursuant to this
Rate Schedule NNS may elect to pay a cost-based, one-part,
volumetric rate as set forth on currently effective Tariff Sheet
No. 4, in lieu of the rate for NNS service as set forth on
currently effective Tariff Sheet No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as
the Small Customer Rate Option). A Customer which elects the
Small Customer Rate Option shall be required to schedule and take
quantities up to its MDQ for all firm services before Customer may
take any interruptible quantities.
4.4 Customer shall also pay Pipeline all other applicable rates,
charges and fees as set forth on currently effective Tariff Sheet
No. 4 or as may be assessed, required or permitted to be charged
by the FERC, any regulatory body or court of competent
jurisdiction related to the service provided hereunder.
5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff of
which this Rate Schedule is a part are applicable to this Rate Schedule
and are made a part hereof to the extent that such terms and conditions
are not contradicted by any provisions herein.
