CREDIT APPLICATION - continued

If credit is approved, payment terms will be indicated in the contract.

Invoices not paid within these terms may result in customer being placed on a

cash in advance basis and/or having transactions suspended until entire

balance due is paid. We reserve the right to limit or revoke the amount of

credit extended to a customer. We reserve the right to require an

irrevocable letter of credit or deposit before extending credit to a

customer; you will be notified if such an instrument is required. To avoid

delays, be sure your credit is approved before any sales or transports are

scheduled. Information provided on this application will be held in

strictest confidence and used only by the Company, in making a credit

evaluation.

NOTICE

ALL INVOICES PAID AFTER DUE DATE WILL BE ASSESSED A LATE PAYMENT SERVICE

CHARGE OF THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY TARIFF OR APPLICABLE LAW. IN THE EVENT THE

APPLICANT BECOMES DELINQUENT IN THE PAYMENT OF INVOICES, THE APPLICANT AGREES

TO REIMBURSE THE COMPANY FOR ALL COLLECTION COSTS, LEGAL FEES AND COURT

COSTS, IF NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THAT ARE INCURRED IN THE COLLECTION PROCESS.

STATE LAW MAY FORBID THE DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION BY A FIRM

WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF ITS CUSTOMER. THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING

CONSENT IS PROVIDED: I HEREBY AUTHORIZE DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION

BY ALL REFERENCES LISTED ON CREDIT APPLICATION TO K N INTERSTATE GAS

TRANSMISSION COMPANY, THE APPLICANT HAS READ AND AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND

CONDITIONS APPEARING ON THIS FORM.
