has specifically agreed to do so in a sales service agreement made in

accordance with this Section 4. When a sales service agreement between

Seller and Buyer expires, Seller is authorized to abandon the sale

service to which such sales service agreement relates without the

requirements of any approval by the Commission for such abandonment

except for that contained in the blanket certificate referred to in

Section 1 of this Rate Schedule MSS.

5. TERMS, CONDITIONS, RATES AND FEES APPLICABLE

The terms, conditions, rates and fees applicable to service provided

under this Rate Schedule MSS shall be those terms, conditions, rates and

fees to which Seller and Buyer have agreed in the sales service

agreement between them relating to such service as described in Section

4 of this Rate Schedule MSS.
