3.10 MAXIMUM DAILY INJECTION QUANTITY (at the inlet of Transporter's

Storage Facilities). The Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ)

means the maximum quantity of natural gas which Transporter agrees

to receive from Shipper at the inlet side of Transporter's storage

facilities for injection into storage as specified in the executed

Service Agreement.
