6.3 DETERMINATION OF DELIVERIES. Refer to Section 8 of Transporter's

General Terms and Conditions.

6.4 COMMINGLING OF GAS. Transporter shall have the unqualified right

to commingle Shipper's natural gas with other gas in Transporter's

pipeline system.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The applicable General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff are hereby

made a part of this Rate Schedule. To the extent that the General Terms

and Conditions are inconsistent with the provisions of this Rate

Schedule, the provisions of this Rate Schedule shall govern.
