reimbursement percentages for FSS and ISS will be applied to injection quantities.

1/ Included in the fuel reimbursement percentage above for FT, IT, and NNS is an additional 0.45%

for lost and unaccounted for gas. Included in the fuel reimbursement percentage for FSS and ISS

is an additional 1.24% for lost and unaccounted for.

2/ Backhauls within a Production Area or Market Area have no fuel use, however, incur .45% lost

and unaccounted-for.
