GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES - continued
Transporter shall give Shipper written notice of
any filing of Tariff Sheets with the Commission,
reflecting any proposed change in such
jurisdictional rates and charges. Transporter
shall be entitled to collect such changed rate
from Shipper commencing with the effective date of
such change. Shipper shall be obligated to pay the
changed rate, made effective inthe manner
described above, but nothing herein contained
shall prejudice the rights of Shipper to contest
at any time changes to the charges for the
services rendered by Transporter.
22.2 LIMITATION OF SERVICE
After giving Shipper ten (10) days notice in which to
comply, Transporter shall not be required to perform
and may suspend service under the Agreement on behalf
of any Shipper that fails to comply with any and all of
the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement,
including the applicable rate schedules and these
General Terms and Conditions but excluding the
suspension of service for non-payment in Article 17.2
of these General Terms and Conditions. Transporter may
suspend service immediately if Shipper's actions or
failure to act threaten the integrity of the
Transporter's system.
22.3 ODORIZATION
Transporter shall have no obligation whatsoever to
odorize the natural gas delivered, nor to maintain
odorant levels in such gas.
22.4 POOLING POINTS
Pooling points are designated as those points where
gathering facilities, or facilities owned by third
parties, connect with the transmission facilities of
Transporter. In order for such points to function as
pooling points, daily measurement readings must be
available to Transporter.
