22. DESCRIPTIVE HEADINGS

22.1 Descriptive Headings

The descriptive headings of the provisions used in this

FERC Gas Tariff, these General Terms and Conditions, or

in any Service Agreement executed for service under a

Rate Schedule contained in this FERC Gas Tariff are

formulated and used for convenience only and shall not

be deemed to affect the meaning or construction of any

such provision.

23. GISB STANDARDS

To the extent required by the Commission, Sabine

complies with the Business Practice and Electronic

Communication Standards promulgated by the Gas Industry

Standards Board. In addition, Sabine has adopted and

will use the GISB Model Trading Partner Agreement.

The following standards, all of which are Version 1.0
