Sabine is located in the same office building, at 1111

Bagby Street in Houston, Texas, with Texaco Natural

Gas, Inc., its marketing affiliate. Sabine's offices

are not located with or adjacent to any of Texaco

Natural Gas, Inc.'s offices.
