18.3 Calculation of Current Transportation Rate Adjustment -

(a) Reservation Rate - Raton's monthly Reservation

Rate shall be determined by taking the sum of

Raton's applicable monthly reservation charge

from CIG (as listed below) divided by Raton's

current monthly reservation billing

determinants.

CIG Rate Schedules NNT-1 and TF-2

R1 Rate: The R1 shall equal Raton's monthly

reservation capacity entitlements (Dth)

multiplied by the currently applicable CIG

TF-2 and NNT-1 Rate Schedule R1 Rates as reflected

in CIG's FERC Gas Tariff, as amended from time to

time.

(b) Commodity Rate - Raton's Commodity Rate shall

be the total of (1) CIG's currently applicable

TF-2 Commodity Rate and (2) CIG's NNT-1 Quantity

Injection rate and Commodity Delivery rate for gas

delivered from storage to Raton's Trinidad,

Colorado meter, when applicable.

18.4 Notice of Base Rates - Transporter shall not be required

to report Current Rate Adjustment Reservation and

Commodity Rates on its Tariff Sheet No. 4, but

Transporter shall provide its Shippers with copies of the

currently effective rates in CIG's Rate Schedule NNT-1 as

they are amended from time to time.
