TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), between NorAm Gas Transmission Company

Transporter's Tariff, as on file and in effect from time to time, for each service rendered

hereunder.
