the Pool Manager's initial schedules shall

notify Transporter of same. If the nominations

relating to Pool Transfers contained in such

schedules submitted by the Pool Managers

involved are inconsistent, such nominations may

be rejected or, if accepted, the nomination will

be deemed to be the lowest common quantity shown

on the applicable schedules.

(c) Revisions: Transporter may rely on Pool

Managers' schedules and Operators' nominations

for all purposes in scheduling and delivering

Shipper's nominated deliveries and estimating

Pool Imbalances from time to time. All changes

to such schedules during the Service Month shall

be in accordance with the provisions of

Section 5.2.

(d) Limitations. Subject to the conditions and

pursuant to the procedures specified in

Section 20 below, Transporter may adjust or

prohibit Pool Transfers, in whole or in part, or

impose other limitations on Pools, as may be

necessary, on a prospective basis.

5.4 Point(s) of Delivery.

(a) Options:

(i) Subject to the terms and conditions of this

Tariff, and except as otherwise specified

in Rate Schedules FT and NNTS, firm

Shippers shall have the Delivery Point

options described in this subsection (a)(i)

in accordance with the following

provisions:

(1) Primary Delivery Point(s): A Shipper

under Rate Schedules FT shall request

point(s) under its Service Agreement

as its Primary Delivery Point(s) and

shall request a Maximum Delivery
