Compressor Fuel shall mean Gas consumed by

compressors and other Gas handling equipment, company

use Gas, and Gas lost or otherwise unaccounted for.

Contract Delivery Demand. See Section 4 of Rate

Schedule NNTS.

Contract Demand or CD shall mean the maximum MMBtu or

quantity of Gas that Transporter shall be obligated

to transport on a firm basis on any given Day under a

Service Agreement on behalf of Shipper. Shipper's

Contract Demand shall not exceed the sum of total

MDO's, the sum of total MRO's or the sum of total

Receipt Entitlements.
