(b) Pool Manager shall also assume responsibility
for matching the Gas received by Transporter at
entry into its system with quantities scheduled
for delivery for the account of the Shipper
nominating the Pool as a Receipt Point.
(c) Pool Manager shall submit its nominations and
allocation information to Transporter via its
pooling schedule as provided in Section 5.3 of
Transporter's General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Pool Receipts and Deliveries.
(a) Each Pool shall have access to all physical
Point(s) of Receipt available to the Pool within
the applicable Pooling Area. Transporter shall
provide a master list of generally available
Receipt Points for each Pooling Area upon
request.
(b) Subject to capacity constraints and operational
conditions from time to time, a Pool Manager may
receive under its Service Agreement Gas from
Points of Receipt available to the Pool within a
Pooling Area and aggregate and deliver said
supplies into the appropriate Pool for such
Pooling Area at the initial point of entry into
Transporter's Transmission System.
(c) A Pool Manager may allocate deliveries under its
Service Agreement as transfers to other Pools in
accordance with Section 5.3(b) of the General
Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable
limitations, and as receipts for other Shippers
under downstream Service Agreements for physical
deliveries from Transporter's system and/or
deliveries to Storage Points of Injection.
