ALABAMA-TENNESSEE NATURAL GAS COMPANY

DELEGATION AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT

Pursuant to Section 32 of Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas

Company's FERC Gas Tariff, the undersigned Shipper is requesting

delegation of the following contract for the following term to the

following Shipper Representative. The purpose of this delegation

is to transfer to Shipper Representative the responsibility to

submit and receive notices, make nominations, receive and pay

invoices and perform other administrative duties as required.

Shipper recognizes and agrees to accept the terms for this

delegation as described in the above referenced Section 32.

Shipper recognizes that each contract can only be delegated to

a single Shipper Representative and cannot be delegated in part.

This form must be received by Alabama-Tennessee no later than three

(3) business days prior to the effective date of this delegation.

Minimum term for this delegation is one calendar month.

company or has the ability to commit the company to this contract.
