4.7 Conflicts - If there is any conflict or discrepancy between

this Agreement and any other Contract/Agreement between

Transporter and the OBA Party with regard to allocations of

deliveries at Delivery Points, the terms of this Agreement

shall govern and control.

4.8 Modifications - No modifications of or supplement to the terms

and provisions hereof shall be or become effective, except by

the execution of supplementary written consent.
