2.2 Transporter expressly reserves all rights granted to it

by Rate Schedule FT and the applicable provisions of its

Tariff to file at the FERC and place into effect

unilaterally such changes as Transporter deems necessary

or desirable from time to time in the rates, charges,

terms, and conditions applicable to service under the

Tariff and Rate Schedule FT.

ARTICLE III

TERM

This Contract shall become effective on the date first written

above and shall remain in force and effect until terminated by

either party upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the

other party; provided however, no such termination may take effect

during the term of any release of transportation rights to

Replacement Shipper hereunder.

ARTICLE IV

NOTICES

Notices given under this Contract shall be given in accordance

with Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of

Transporter's Tariff. If notice is given in writing it should be

mailed or, if sent by facsimile, as follows:
