Pursuant to Order Nos. 587, 587-B and 587-C promulgated by

the FERC in Docket No. RM96-1, for GISB Standards that do

not otherwise require implementing tariff provisions, the

following GISB Standards are hereby incorporated, by

Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff.
