demand billing determinants effective

immediately prior to the Implementation

Date; and

Y= the total of the effective sales demand

billing determinants under all of

Transporter's G Sales Contracts and the

imputed demand units (based on the total

actual volumes received during the most

recent twelve months proceeding the

effective date of Transporter's

restructuring filing) under all of

Transporter's SG sales contracts effective

immediately prior to the Implementation

Date; and

Z= the total Unrecovered Purchased Gas Costs

Account demand balances.

(c) Each Shipper will have allocated to it a share of

the total Unrecovered Purchased Gas Cost Account

commodity balance according to the following

formula:

((A/B)times(C))= Affected Shipper's allocated

share of Unrecovered Purchased Gas Costs Account

commodity balance; where

A= Affected Shipper's actual gas purchases

pursuant to its sales contract for the 12

months prior to the Implementation Date; and

B= the total purchases of all Affected Shippers

under Transporter's Rate Schedules G and SG

during the 12 months prior to the

Implementation Date.

C= the total Unrecovered Purchased Gas Cost

Account Commodity balance.

(d) The affected Shipper shall have the option of

paying such invoice amounts either in a lump sum

payment or in 12 monthly installments including

interest on the unpaid balance calculated pursuant

to Section 154.305(h) of the Commission's

Regulations.
