GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(b) Stingray should provide notification
of such recall to all affected
Replacement Shippers no later than
6:00 p.m. on the day that Evening
Nominations are due (Central Clock
Time);
(iv) Intraday 1 Recall Notification:
(a) A Releasing Shipper recalling
capacity should provide notice of
such recall to Stingray and the first
Replacement Shipper no later than
7:00 a.m. on the day that Intraday 1
Nominations are due;
(b) Stingray should provide notification
of such recall to all affected
Replacement Shippers no later than
8:00 a.m. on the day that Intraday 1
Nominations are due (Central Clock
Time); and
(v) Intraday 2 Recall Notification:
(a) A Releasing Shipper recalling
capacity should provide notice of
such recall to Stingray and the first
Replacement Shipper no later than
2:30 p.m. on the day that Intraday 2
Nominations are due;
(b) Stingray should provide notification
of such recall to all affected
Replacement Shippers no later than
3:30 p.m. on the day that Intraday 2
Nominations are due (Central Clock
Time).
(d) In the event of an intra-day capacity
recall, Stingray will determine the
allocation of capacity between the Releasing
Shipper and the Replacement Shipper(s) based
upon the Elapsed Prorata Capacity (EPC).
Elapsed Prorata Capacity means that portion
of the capacity that would have
theoretically been available for use prior
to the effective time of the intraday recall
based upon a cumulative uniform hourly use
of the capacity.
