(d) In the case of releases for which service is to

commence on the first day of a month, the Capacity Release Request

should be submitted sufficiently in advance so that the open season

ends at least two (2) business days prior to the day nominations are

due under Section 6.2 of these General Terms and Conditions for

first of the month service.
