A Shipper may delegate to any third party responsibility

least two (2) business days prior to the requested effective date.

(b) The written designation shall specify any limits on

the authority of the representative, including any time limit on the

designation; provided, however, that Stingray may reject any such limited

in an undue administrative burden.
