PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. is a natural gas

company engaged in the business of transporting

natural gas. Its transmission line extends from

offshore Louisiana in the West Cameron, East Cameron

and Vermilion Areas, onshore to a point near Holly

Beach, Louisiana.

The transportation of natural gas is undertaken by

Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. only under written

contracts acceptable to it after consideration of its

commitments to others, delivery capacity, and other

factors deemed pertinent by it.
