20. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY MECHANISM

Electronic communications in Electronic Data Interchange ASC X12 ("EDI") format may be

transmitted via U-TOS' industry standard Electronic Delivery Mechanism ("EDM"), which

will be available on a nondiscriminatory basis to any party, provided such party has

entered into an appropriate written Trading Partner Agreement with U-TOS.

Critical systemwide notices will be in a separate category from notices that are not

critical.
