7. "Central Clock Time" or "CCT" means Central

Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in

effect and Central Standard Time otherwise.

8. "Commodity Charge" means the rate specified in

the Statement of Rates and Charges.

9. "Day" means a twenty-four (24) hour period of

time from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Central Clock

Time.

10. "Dekatherm" or "Dth" means the quantity of heat

energy which is 1,000,000 British thermal units

(1 MMBtu).

11. "Delivery Point" means either Shipper's

Cunningham Station or Shipper's Maddox Station,

where Transporter delivers Gas to Shipper, or for

Shipper's account. The Delivery Point(s) shall

be specified in Shipper's Transportation

Agreement.

12. "FERC" or "Commission" means the Federal Energy

Regulatory Commission, or any successors thereto.

13. "Firm Transportation Agreement" means an

agreement pursuant to the Tariff under which

Transporter provides firm transportation to a

Shipper.

14. "Force Majeure" has the meaning specified in

section 14.1 of these General Terms and

Conditions.

15. "Gas" or "Natural Gas" means methane and such

other hydrocarbon constituents, or a mixture of

two or more of them which, in any case, meets the

quality specifications of the Tariff.

16. "Gross Calorific Heating Value" means the

quantity of heat expressed in Btus produced by

the complete combustion at constant pressure of

one anhydrous (dry) cubic foot of Gas with air at

a temperature of sixty degrees (60ø) Fahrenheit

and at a pressure of 14.73 psia, when the

products of the combustion are cooled to the

initial temperature of the Gas and air and the
