GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Continued)

Shippers will be imposed for trading or netting of

monthly imbalances under this section.

(vii) To account for any imbalances remaining after

imbalance trading and cash-out, where Kansas

Pipeline associates such imbalances with a

contract, Shipper and Kansas Pipeline shall agree

to designated one of the Shipper's valid contracts

in the Operational Impact Area where the original

imbalance occurred, for such purpose.
