Price Report. If the reported price referenced above

is not published for any week required, Kansas

Pipeline shall determine the Mid Continent Spot Price

using another publication that publishes the spot

price for Gas delivered to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line

Company as described above. For purposes of

calculating amounts due Shipper or Kansas Pipeline,

the highest or lowest weekly price for the month in

which the imbalance occurred shall be used.
