SMALL CUSTOMER SALES SERVICE

4. RATES, CHARGES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms, conditions, rates and charges applicable to

Service provided under this Rate Schedule SCS shall be those

terms, conditions, rates and charges to which Kansas Pipeline

and Shipper agreed in the Sales Service Agreement between them

relating to such service as described in Section 3 of this Rate

Schedule SCS. The rates for all gas purchased under Rate

Schedule SCS shall be based upon Kansas Pipeline's weighted

average cost of gas ("WACOG").

5. TRANSPORTATION

Buyer, or its agent, shall be responsible for

arranging for transportation of the gas sold and purchased

hereunder, from the point of delivery under this Rate Schedule

SCS to the ultimate point of delivery to Buyer's facilities or

A third party facility for ultimate delivery to Buyer.

6. APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Kansas Pipeline's FERC

Gas Tariff are hereby made a part of this Rate Schedule.
